Operator onboarding

New operators can download the DispatchMobile app and create an account to start a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full Starter access so you can add drivers, create bookings, and run dispatch before you subscribe.

The app is rolling out on the App Store and Google Play. Join the waitlist on our homepageand we'll notify you when downloads are live, or email us with your company name and fleet size at hello@dispatchmobile.net.

Adding drivers and customers

DispatchMobile uses invite codes — drivers and customers cannot sign up without a code from you. In the operator app or web dashboard, go to Invites, create a driver or customer invite, and share the code. They enter it during registration to join your fleet.

Subscribing after your trial

When your 14-day trial ends, open the app, choose your plan, and tap Subscribe. We receive your details and typically activate paid accounts within one working day. You can also email hello@dispatchmobile.net if you prefer.

Existing operators can sign in at /dashboard/login.

App issues

When reporting bugs, please include your device model, OS version, app version, and screenshots.

Use the in-app profile tools for data export or deletion, or email us from your registered address. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
