Operator onboarding

New operators can download the DispatchMobile app and create an account to start a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full Starter access so you can add drivers, create bookings, and run dispatch before you subscribe.

The app will be available on the App Store and Google Play soon. In the meantime, join the waitlist on our homepageand we'll notify you when downloads are live, or email us with your company name and fleet size at hello@dispatchmobile.net.

Subscribing after your trial

When your 14-day trial ends, open the app and tap Email to subscribe. Choose Starter or Pro and send the pre-filled email to hello@dispatchmobile.net. We typically activate paid accounts within one working day.

Operator dashboard

Existing operators can sign in at /dashboard/login.

App issues

When reporting bugs, please include your device model, OS version, app version, and screenshots.

Account & privacy

Use the in-app profile tools for data export or deletion, or email us from your registered address. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
